Quality Oil and Gas — Refund Policy (Lubrication & Specialty Products Only)

1. General Policy

Quality Oil and Gas provides lubrication products, specialty fluids, and related industrial supplies. Because these products are often sensitive to contamination and storage conditions, all sales are considered final once products leave our facility unless otherwise stated below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges may be considered when:

  • The wrong product was shipped or picked up.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • A prepaid order is canceled before fulfillment.

  • A product is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition (subject to inspection).

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Opened containers, drums, or pails.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Special‑order or custom‑blended products.

  • Any product returned without prior authorization.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or exchange, customers must provide:

  • Name or business name

  • Order or invoice number

  • Date of purchase

  • Description of the issue

Refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled without penalty before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, standard return rules apply.

5. Disputed Charges

Billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date. Quality Oil and Gas will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.
