By purchasing lubrication or specialty products from Quality Oil and Gas, customers agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all orders, deliveries, and customer interactions.

2. Products and Services Provided

Quality Oil and Gas supplies:

  • Industrial and automotive lubricants

  • Specialty oils and fluids

  • Greases, additives, and related maintenance products

  • Commercial and industrial supply items

Product availability may vary by location.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate order and delivery information.

  • Inspect products upon receipt and report issues promptly.

  • Store products according to manufacturer specifications.

  • Use products only as intended and follow all safety guidelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice. Late payments may incur finance charges. Returned checks may result in additional fees.

5. Product Handling & Safety

Customers are responsible for:

  • Safe handling and storage of lubrication and specialty products.

  • Following all manufacturer safety data sheets (SDS).

  • Ensuring proper disposal of used or excess materials in accordance with local regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quality Oil and Gas is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by improper storage, misuse, or contamination.

  • Losses resulting from customer‑owned equipment failure.

  • Delays caused by supply chain issues, weather, or other factors outside company control.

Quality Oil and Gas operates from multiple North Carolina offices, including:

8. Changes to Terms
