Quality AC HD Oils

QUALITY AC HD OILS contain the latest technologies in non-chlorinated extreme pressure fortified drawing/forming lubricants. They are formulated with premium quality additives to provide excellent anti-weld and lubricating properties without the use of chlorine. The end result is a product capable of performing extremely difficult metal drawing/forming applications previously reserved for chlorinated lubricants. When extreme pressure conditions arise in a drawing operation, QUALITY AC HD OILS provide a chemical barrier between the work piece and the die. The strength of this barrier prevents abrasion of the work piece and extends the life of the die.

QUALITY AC HD OILS contain metal passivators. These additives prevent corrosion of copper based machine components such as bronze bushings, guides and brass wear plates.

QUALITY AC HD OILS are generally applied by flooding the work-piece. These products, however, may be applied to strips and blanks by dipping, rolling, and brushing. Work-pieces are best cleaned with solvent degreasers or conventional alkaline cleaners.
