Their high viscosity indexes keep the lubricant from thinning when exposed to heat and pressure, while rust protectants provide corrosion resistance and compounding agents provide exceptional lubricity. QUALITY CYLINDER WG lubricants are designed for splash-lubricated enclosed worm gear sets operating at moderate to high speeds and temperatures. These products can also be used in: low speed reduction gears, steam cylinders, couplings, journal bearings, and the break-in of gas compressor cylinders where an AGMA 7C or 8C compounded fluid specification is required.
