Chevron Ultra Duty EP Grease

Ultra-Duty EP Grease is a premium, heavy-duty, extreme pressure grease containing a high viscosity mineral oil, lithium thickener, effective EP additive, rust and oxidation inhibitors and tackiness agent.  

Ultra-Duty EP Grease has stay-in-place properties that make it particularly suitable for automotive equipment operating in wet, muddy or dusty conditions. Red in color. 

APPLICATIONS: 

Ideally suited for mining, construction, forestry, dredging and similar heavy duty applications subject to high loads and water conditions and where good sealing is required to protect from contaminants. • Heavy-duty transport • Chassis lubrication • Construction equipment • Agricultural tractors • Off-highway construction • Mining • Logging and forestry • Quarrying

For wheel bearing lubrication of on-highway vehicles, other products that are specifically designed for this application, such as Delo Starplex EP, are generally preferred.

Usable temperature range in continuous service is: • NLGI 1: -20 to 140°C • NLGI 2: -10 to 140°C Maximum temperature for short term exposure is 155°C for NLGI 1 grade and 165°C for NLGI 2.
