Quality Cut 227

The QUALITY CUT 227 is a heavy-duty, dark-colored, cutting oil designed for use in a wide variety of ferrous metals such as low carbon steels, stainless steel alloys, bearing steels and tensile steels. It contains active sulfur and chlorinated extreme pressure additives which form a chemical barrier between the tool and workpiece. The QUALITY CUT 227 will extend tool life, prevent ridging and welding, and promote excellent surface finish. This product is not recommended for use on copper and its alloys since the oil contains active sulfur and it will discolor these materials.
