Quality Cut 42

The QUALITY CUT 42 is a light colored, heavy-duty cutting and grinding oil that can be employed in a wide variety of moderate to very severe machining operations. This product can also be utilized as a dual-purpose oil in low pressure lube systems where cross contamination of cutting oil and lube oil is a problem. QUALITY CUT 42 is compounded with inactive sulfur, phosphorus, zinc, and fatty additives that can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including aluminum, brass, low carbon steels, tin, nickel, medium and hard steels, high nickel steels, stainless steels, and copper. The QUALITY CUT 42 is recommended for these types of machining applications: screw cutting on copper alloys, flute grinding, gear hobbing, threading, tapping, gun drilling, milling, drilling, and honing. When used as a lube oil, it can be used to lubricate various moving parts such as: bearings, gears, gibs, and slideways.
