Quality Syn Compressor DE Oil

Quality Syn Compressor DE Oil is formulated with synthetic esters and ashless additives to provide long oil life various applications. Its viscosity is between ISO 32 and ISO 46, allowing it to be used in place of both and as a replacement for PAG compressor oils. 

APPLICATIONS

Quality Syn Compressor DE Oil is designed for rotary and reciprocating air compressors and vacuum pumps. Oil life is dependent on operating conditions and maintenance practices – a regular oil analysis program is recommended. It is not recommended for breathing air or refrigeration compressors.

Seals-recommeded: Viton*, high Nitrile Buna N (>36%), Teflon (not recommended for Neoprene, SBR rubber, low Nitrile Buna N

Paints-recommended: Epoxy paint, oil-resistant alkyd, two-part urethane (not recommended for acrylic paint, lacquer

Plastics-recommended: Nylon, Delrin*, Celcon*, PBT (not recommended for Polystyrene, PVC, ABS)

Oils-recommended: petroleum, PAO, PAG, diester, polyol ester (not recommended for silicone)
